All returns need to be processed immediately. Our goal is to have all returns received by December 15th of the purchase year. The return authorization form is now located on the Store.ChristmasDécor.net and must be completed for the RMA to be issued. Any product returned for reasons other than mfg. defect will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any product that appears used or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted for return. All freight charges associated with the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer. For any questions, please email decorgrouporders@reinders.com.
If you receive product that is defective out of the box or is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will accept a return. It is Reinders discretion to either replace or credit If the product is deemed to not be defective, the customer will be notified and be charged all freight cost incurred to return the product to the corporate office. The customer will have the option to pay the freight to get the product back.
Overstock items are defined as product ordered in surplus and product ordered incorrectly. If you order the incorrect product or exceeded the quantities you need, and want to return product, TDG will accept the return. In these instances, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged, and the return freight charge will be deducted from the credit issued. We will accept only full unopened cases.
All items must be verified and inspected upon receipt. If damage occurs during shipping, you must immediately contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt. Keep all packing material and the box the merchandise was shipped in for inspection, failure to do so will result in a rejected claim with the carrier.
Special Order/Non-Stocking Products are not returnable for refund or credit. Customers will be made aware if a product is a special order item at the time the order is placed. All Accounts must pay for the Special Order Product in full at the time the order is placed. Once Reinders receives the customer’s acknowledgement to proceed, the order will be placed with the manufacturer, and it cannot be canceled or altered. Customer assumes ownership of the product and all associated shipping charges. Any Special Order or Non-Stock product that has not been picked up within two weeks of arrival will be shipped to the customer and billed to their account along with applicable freight charges.
