Shipping rates are provided based on weights and dimensions of the products; however, if in the event the shipping estimate is too high or too low, customers will be contacted.
If your order is placed before 12 pm CST, it will ship out same day, if your requested products are in stock. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Occasionally, you may receive the products that you ordered from different locations. You will not be charged for additional freight if your order ships from multiple locations.
You will receive a shipment notification when the product ships.
Your shipment must be sent to a valid street addresses; no shipments can be made to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping and Handling charges along with any charged freight are NON-REFUNDABLE.

International Shipments: Customers must be registered through the CARM client portal in order to receive international shipments into Canada. Decor does not charge on taxes and duties on orders to Canada, those are the customer’s responsibility for payment prior to delivery.
Damaged Product: All items must be verified and inspected upon receipt. If damage occurs during shipping, you must immediately contact Customer Service. Keep all packing material and the box the merchandise was shipped in for inspection, failure to do so will result in a rejected claim with the carrier.
