RETURN POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS DECOR FRANCHISES ONLY

Most returns will be handled after the Christmas season – this will be determined on a case by case basis. The return authorization form is located on the Christmas Decor intranet and must be completed for the RMA to be issued.

Defective

If you receive product that is defective out of the box or is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will accept a return. If the product is deemed to not be defective, the customer will be notified and be charged all freight cost incurred to return the product to the corporate office. The customer will have the option to pay the freight to get the product back.

Overstock Items

Overstock items are defined as product ordered in surplus and product ordered incorrectly. If you order the incorrect product or exceeded the quantities you need, and want to return product, TDG will accept the return. In these instances, there will be a 20% restocking fee charge and the return freight charge will be deducted from the credit issued. We will accept only full unopened cases.

Damaged Product

All items must be verified and inspected upon receipt. If damage occurs during shipping, you must immediately contact Customer Service. Keep all packing material and the box the merchandise was shipped in for inspection, failure to do so will result in a rejected claim with the carrier.
